Board Member Bio


Deanna B. Hardy

Deanna Hardy was awarded her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Northwestern State University and her Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Mathematics from LSU – Shreveport. Deanna began her career in the public school system as a math teacher at Minden High School and currently holds the position of Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Bossier Parish Community College.  She is Coordinator of the TEACH Program and the Student Exam Center, a member of the Faculty Senate, Executive Council, and both the Engineering and Teaching advisory boards.  Prior to being appointed to Louisiana Board of Examiners of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, Deanna served as a parent representative for the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf.
